All of my pieces are slowly handmade by me on the beautiful East Coast of Queensland, Australia.

Slowly handmade means your pieces are made ethically, with extra care and love. It means one pair of hands from start to finish. Precious metal from raw form into something you'll wear for years. Slow-made means there are no shortcuts, it's truly ethical.

The perfect gift

All of my jewellery comes beautifully wrapped, in their own cotton bag with a care cards and a polish cloth.

If you are gifting to someone special and would like me to write a personalised handwritten card to them, simply let me know in your order's notes.

We do not include any invoices or receipt in our packages, unless requested.

Once I have placed my order, how long does shipping take?

I always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible! Most items are made to order, which means that we have an average dispatching time frame of 1-2 weeks on most orders.

However I do have a limited quantity of ready to ship items.

If you need your order quickly, please contact us before placing your order so I can let you know what I can do.

Do you ship internationally? Are customs and duties applied to the order?

Please note that all orders shipping to Europe may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and can be up to 20% of the total order value.

Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. That's why I recommend you checking with your local customs office for more infomation.

What material do you use?

All of my jewellery are handmade in my home studio on the East Coast of Queensland, Australia. I use recycled sterling silver and solid Australian mined gold for all of my pieces (except chains and findings - not recycled, regular sterling silver).

Can I swim and shower with your jewellery?

It's okay to get your pieces to get wet every now and then however it is best to remove it whenever you think of it.

Especially because the chemicals in pools and cleaning products will impact the metal and cause discolouration and wearing.

This is just chemistry, and sterling silver and solid gold is no exception. Don't be fooled by jewellery that is marketed as waterproof and sweatproof, it's just clever marketing.

Do you do repairs?

Yes. I value your support so if your Naia piece is fixable (and it is 99% of cases) I'll always aim at repairing it. There are two scenarios where repairs could apply.

• Your jewellery broke due to reasons beyond my control (toddler yanked it, it caught on something), I will be happy to fix your jewellery at a cost (case by case basis) + shipping fee.

• If your jewellery broke within 3 months of purchase despite you taking the best care of it, contact me and I will fix it at no extra cost.
